Term of Authorization
I hereby authorize TERRA NETWORKS BRASIL S.A., situated at General João Manoel street, 90, Porto Alegre-RS, Brazil, to publish the information, pictures and/or videos sent by e-mail at Terra's (www.terra.com.br) website.

I authorize the insertion of the referred information, pictures and/or videos at Terra's website, acessible through the www.terra.com.br website, being aware that the information, pictures and/or videos may be archived in TERRA's database, therefore being subject to use of these information, pictures and/or videos by unauthorized third parties at any time, or copyright infringement from their part, since the data will be publicly available in an Internet environment.

I guarantee I have all the necessary authorizations to grant this authorization and that such authorization is within the reach of the law, being that the exploration of the copyright of the data, according to the provisions of this authorization, violates no law, contract, right or third-party properties, nor constitutes unlawful competition.
